Hello City were invited to collaborate with leading market research company TNS to review the way in which Kimberly Clarke understood the values & needs of their clients, and the creative process they undertook to develop existing and new products.
With TNS Hello City developed a series of workshops that allowed Kimberly Clarke to engage with their customers more creatively and gain a more nuanced and accurate understanding of what really matters to them.
Hello City then translated these findings into broad recommendations about market positioning, new product lines, product experience, the look and feel of the design, and possible strategic and community partnerships. This was captured in a highly visual brief that was able to communicate directly to designers in the language of design.
